Our aim is to ensure you as the Bride & Groom are totally delighted by our results and service, before, during and after the event. We are completely flexible to your needs, and pull out all the stops to ensure your complete satisfaction. To complement this we include complete coverage of your wedding in all of our packages, together with our own special items which are not available elsewhere.

Referrals Scheme - An increasing number of our bookings come from recommendations from our delighted clients. This keeps our costs low as we do not need to spend large amounts on advertising and wedding shows. As a thank you to couples who recommend us we offer them a free 20x16" print for every booking subsequently made.

The following items are included as part of our packages. There are no hidden fees and prices include VAT.

• Free second shooter– having 2 photographers working as a team at your wedding eases the task of any required formal shots, and we will catch more of those special informal moments during your day. We are also able to be in two places at once covering both the bride and the groom in their preparations prior to the ceremony.

• Free flexibility with venues - we typically cover the bride at her home or preparation venue, the ceremony itself and the reception including the speeches, cutting of the cake and the first dance. With the second shooter we can also cover the groom, best man & ushers as they get ready and make their way to the ceremony. All of this is totally flexible and can be customised to fit in with your plans for the day.

• Free engagement / pre-wedding shoot – we get to know you and ensure you feel more relaxed, helping us to get the best results on the day.

• Free screen show at the reception (if required) - we can set up a laptop computer in a corner of the reception room running a continuous slide show of the best 30-40 images of the day. This is a very popular item for people to view at the evening reception, or for people only attending in the evening to see what they missed.

• Free online slide show – available a few days after your wedding this allows you to email your family and friends a web link to an online show of the top 20 images from your wedding. See examples of these on our galleries page.

• Free selection album – your proof pictures are provided in an album from which you can choose your favourites for your wedding album. The number of pictures included is typically 300-500, depending on the circumstances of the day.

• Free selection DVD – to help to view the images with your family and friends we include a DVD of the proof images to play on your DVD player and TV. You can see your images set to music from the comfort of your sofa. This is split into chapters (church, reception, etc) and typically lasts 20-30 minutes in total.

• Free online viewing – we upload all the proof images to our web site where family and friends can view the proof images and order reprints.

Bronze Package 2008

This package includes all of our standard on the day features. Once you have chosen your favourite images we print and bind them, presenting them to you as large prints contained within a high quality contemporary book bound album. This holds 40 of your chosen photographs in a mixture of colour and classic black & white.

Additional photographs are available in these albums for £15 each.

Silver Package 2008

The Silver package is designed for couples who wish to have a larger album containing more pages with more photographs and also offer the option of a modern Story Book album if required.

• Your album - our contemporary album or modern Storybook album containing 60 photographs. Additional photographs can be added for £15 each.

Gold Package 2008

The Gold package consists of either an exceptional quality traditional matted album. This stunning album comes complete with parents' albums of similar high quality.

• Luxury Designer Album – A medium classic album or modern Storybook album containing 80 photographs in your choice of materials. Additional photographs can be added for £15 each.

• 2 x Parents Albums – A set of two high quality parents albums each containing 15 photographs, or a parent Story Book album holding all the same photos as in your album. The ideal gift for parents and close family.

• High resolution files – a presentation disc of your original files so you can view and print images for your own personal use in future.

• Thank You cards - a set of 50 customised cards with your photo, complete with envelopes, ready to send to your guests.

The Platinum package is designed for couples who wish to have a superb collection of images from their day. It builds on the features of our Gold package to include:

• Luxury Designer Album – a large, luxurious & stunning traditional album or Storybook album with your choice of 100 photographs, style and materials. Additional photographs can be added for £15 each.

• 2 Luxury Parent Albums each with 15 photographs or Story Book albums as in the Gold package.

• High resolution files – a presentation disc of your original files so you can view and print images for your own personal use in future.

• Thank You cards - a set of 75 customised cards featuring your chosen photo, complete with envelopes, ready to send out to your guests.

• A set of three images from the pre-wedding shoot in a stylish contemporary frame ready to hang in your home, or a single larger image in a mount for signing by guests on your wedding day.

• 4 Gift / Bridesmaid albums (Story book albums only) - a set of 4 purse sized albums holding all the same pictures as you have chosen for your main album.

Each album page could hold a single large image or many smaller ones. We work to an overall average of between 1.5 and 2 images per page. You have final approval on the album layout before it is printed.

Storybook Albums

We can now offer Story Book albums as an alternative to the traditional album in our Silver package and above. These modern albums also known as Coffee table or Magazine style albums and are increasingly popular with today’s married couples. They differ from traditional albums in that the photos are printed directly on the page and are often borderless taking up the whole of the page area – leading to spectacular panoramic images.

We offer large 16x12” albums with thick card pages in our Platinum & Ultimate packages and a slightly smaller 14x10” album in the Silver & Gold packages. When ordering a Storybook album, there is also the option of the Storybook Parents album which contains all of the photographs from the main album printed in a slightly smaller book bound album. This is offered as an alternative to the traditional parents albums which can contain only a few key photographs of the day.

Personalised Packages

If you would like to have something slightly different, e.g. a larger album but without the parents albums please let us know and we will be happy to discuss your personal requirements with you. We can then provide you with a personal customised package based on your needs.

We are totally flexible and aim to make your day as special as possible. We will work with you to explore exactly what we can do and provide you with high quality results in the format you require whilst staying within your budget.

Should you wish to have additional images in your album beyond the number included in your package we give a discount to those who wish to add many more images to give a complete record of their day.

Portrait Pricing

The needs of each portrait session varies, but a typical example would be a two hour sitting, selection of the best prints and a top quality 8x10" print for a total cost of £95. Obviously additional prints and sizes are available and the pricing of each would be advised at the time.
